We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Bookkeeper to join our dynamic finance team in Minneapolis. What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the full-cycle bookkeeping process for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including processing invoices and collections.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets.
- Assist with payroll processing using ADP or Gusto.
- Collaborate with tax professionals during tax season to ensure compliance.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile intercompany transactions.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Xero.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Experience with ADP or Gusto payroll systems is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of GAAP and generally accepted accounting principles.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
