Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks and financial data entry.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts accurately.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial records.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Support the senior accounting team with audit preparation and documentation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- No prior accounting experience required; we provide full training.
- Strong basic math skills and aptitude for numbers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks experience is a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
