Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ client portfolios
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and investment accounts monthly
- Generate P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses
- Manage multi-currency transactions for international clients
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance filings
- Implement QuickBooks automation solutions
- Prepare for quarterly audits and IRS reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance + 4+ years bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification required
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Expertise in multi-entity accounting structures
- Florida sales & use tax compliance knowledge
- Spanish fluency preferred for diverse client base
- Proven history of reducing client accounting errors by 40%+
