Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll for 15-20 clients
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analyses for executive review
- Implement QuickBooks solutions and optimize accounting workflows
- Prepare sales tax filings and support annual audit processes
- Train junior staff on accounting software compliance standards
- Leverage Excel for advanced financial modeling and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro/Premier
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with VLOOKUP and PivotTable expertise
- CPA or QuickBooks certification a significant advantage
- Proven track record of managing multi-client accounting portfolios
