Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse business clients
- Prepare monthly financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Implement QuickBooks cloud solutions for efficiency
- Conduct financial audits and tax document preparation
- Collaborate with CPAs on quarterly reporting
- Maintain organized digital client financial records
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced QuickBooks Online certification required
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and Xero
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and client management skills
