Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse client portfolios using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L reports with 99.8% accuracy
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and bank reconciliations
- Coordinate with CPA firms during quarterly/annual tax season
- Implement process improvements to reduce financial reporting timelines by 25%
- Maintain organized digital archives for all financial documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or 5+ years equivalent experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot tables)
- Proven experience with multi-entity bookkeeping and sales tax compliance
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred
