Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Oversee accounts payable processing, vendor management, and expense reporting
- Coordinate with auditors during annual financial reviews
- Maintain accurate general ledger and chart of accounts
- Implement and improve accounting systems and internal controls
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Generate financial reports for executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax compliance requirements
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international clients
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or CPA preferred
