- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for diverse client portfolios including AR/AP, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses with actionable insights
- Maintain and optimize QuickBooks Online systems for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate with tax professionals for quarterly/year-end filings
- Implement internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and industry standards
- Lead month-end closing processes with zero-tolerance for discrepancies
- Train junior staff on accounting software best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years hands-on bookkeeping experience with multi-client portfolios
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Proven track record of managing month-end closing processes
- Expertise in payroll processing and tax compliance (CA-specific)
