Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate recording of all accounts.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve internal processes and reporting.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA certification preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage accounting software.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
