Responsibilities
- Execute month-end and year-end close procedures with strict adherence to deadlines.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Process high-volume accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist in internal audits and ensure full compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and filing systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a strong plus.
- Proven experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and auditing principles.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
