Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile accounts payable/receivable with precision
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance
- Oversee general ledger operations and month-end close procedures
- Implement and maintain robust accounting systems (QuickBooks/Xero)
- Conduct financial audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Provide strategic financial insights to clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Xero
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- CPA or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred
