Responsibilities
- Process cash and check deposits accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer withdrawals and account inquiries with a focus on accuracy and courtesy.
- Sell financial products such as money orders, checks, and savings bonds.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure compliance with bank policies.
- Identify and cross-sell bank services to meet customer needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote a professional image.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or banking is preferred.
- Strong math skills with the ability to perform mental calculations quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to pass a background check and credit check.
