Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile bank accounts monthly
- Process complex accounts payable/receivable with multi-currency transactions
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for executive review
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance filings
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Implement internal controls for financial data integrity
- Collaborate with CPA firm during audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years experience in full-cycle bookkeeping
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Proven track record with multi-state compliance
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Experience with construction or real estate accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
