We are looking for a proactive professional to manage our financial reporting and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
- Perform detailed bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and ensure timely filing of federal and state tax returns.
- Conduct internal audits and provide recommendations for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
- Collaborate with the finance team to create annual budgets and forecasts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA certification is a plus).
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to stakeholders.
