Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Perform monthly and quarterly bank reconciliations with high precision and attention to detail.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and general ledger reports.
- Process payroll and ensure all tax filings are completed on time and in accordance with regulations.
- Assist the CFO with budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital financial records for easy retrieval.
- Communicate effectively with clients and vendors regarding billing and account inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in bookkeeping or a related accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Sage.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
