Responsibilities
- Manage multi-entity bookkeeping systems with 100% accuracy
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for executive review
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Conduct reconciliations for complex investment accounts
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Enterprise workflows
- Collaborate with CFOs on strategic financial planning
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years' experience with high-volume bookkeeping
- Expertise in QuickBooks Enterprise and Xero
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Proven track record in multi-currency transactions
- Experience with construction or real estate accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
