Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse client portfolios
- Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow)
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions daily
- Process payroll and tax filings for multiple entities
- Implement QuickBooks optimization strategies
- Conduct account receivables/payables analysis
- Support year-end audits with organized documentation
- Develop customized financial reporting dashboards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros)
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Attention to detail with 99.9% accuracy in reconciliations
