Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ high-growth tech clients
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Ensure GAAP compliance and tax document preparation
- Implement and optimize accounting systems (QuickBooks, Xero)
- Lead month-end closing processes with 98%+ accuracy
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required
- CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred
- Experience with SaaS or tech industry accounting
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions
