Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Assist with the preparation of federal and state tax filings.
- Maintain accurate general ledger records in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Conduct internal audits and expense reports for department heads.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CPA candidate preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
