Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile multi-entity accounting systems with precision
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Lead audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Implement process improvements using advanced QuickBooks Enterprise
- Manage vendor relationships and AP/AR optimization
- Analyze financial trends and provide strategic insights to leadership
- Supervise 2-3 junior accounting staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance + 5+ years bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and Excel
- CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and SOX requirements
- Experience managing high-volume transaction processing
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
