Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 small business clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Coordinate with tax professionals to ensure compliance with PA state regulations
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Maintain organized digital client archives with audit-ready documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
- Proven track record of managing multi-client portfolios
- Strong GAAP knowledge with Pennsylvania tax regulation awareness
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
