Join our dynamic finance team in the heart of New Orleans! Financial Precision LLC is seeking a meticulous Senior Bookkeeper to manage financial operations for our growing portfolio of clients. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of 2 remote days per week while collaborating with our vibrant downtown team. You'll be the backbone of financial accuracy, ensuring seamless bookkeeping processes and strategic insights for businesses across the Gulf Coast.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage cash flow operations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance for multiple entities
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Online for client accounting systems
- Coordinate with auditors during annual financial reviews
- Provide financial insights to guide business decision-making
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro/Premier
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor designation
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple client portfolios simultaneously
