Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and variance analyses to support strategic decision-making
- Create detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts with 95%+ accuracy
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare executive-level presentations translating financial data into actionable business insights
- Lead cross-functional budgeting processes across 5+ business units
- Automate financial reporting workflows using advanced Excel and Power BI tools
- Mentor junior analysts on financial best practices and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, macros) and Power BI
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven track record of developing financial models with 95%+ forecast accuracy
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate complex data to C-suite
- CPA or CFA certification strongly preferred
