Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial modeling and valuation analyses for M&A transactions
- Develop comprehensive budgeting and forecasting frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify investment opportunities
- Create executive dashboards and KPI tracking systems for C-suite stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams on due diligence projects for $50M+ deals
- Present findings to investment committees with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in automotive/manufacturing sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI
- Strong knowledge of SEC reporting requirements and GAAP standards
- Experience with valuation methodologies (DCF, comps, precedent transactions)
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation required
