Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and KPI tracking to support executive decision-making.
- Forecasting & Modeling: Develop robust financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow; provide recommendations based on data trends.
- Budget Management: Assist in the annual budgeting process and monitor departmental spending against approved budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and implement best practices to streamline operations and reporting.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all financial documentation and internal controls meet regulatory standards and company policies.
- Stakeholder Presentation: Communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; Master’s degree (MBA) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- ERP Systems: Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is highly desirable.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings to senior leadership.
