Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial modeling and valuation for M&A opportunities and investment portfolios
- Develop comprehensive financial forecasts and variance analysis reports for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize capital allocation and operational efficiency
- Create automated dashboards using Power BI to visualize KPIs and market trends
- Conduct due diligence analyses for potential investments in tech and renewable energy sectors
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining ownership of complex financial deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling software
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis from large datasets
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau for executive-level reporting
- Deep understanding of SEC regulations and GAAP standards
- Proven ability to translate complex financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders
