Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and forecasting for portfolio analysis
- Prepare executive dashboards and variance reports highlighting KPI performance
- Lead cross-functional budgeting cycles across 5+ business units
- Analyze market trends and regulatory impacts on investment portfolios
- Collaborate with C-suite on M&A due diligence and valuation models
- Optimize working capital strategies and cash flow management
- Develop ad-hoc financial analyses for strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting with CPA/MBA preferred
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency (Power Query, macros) and SQL skills
- SAP/Oracle financial systems expertise
- Strong GAAP compliance and SEC reporting knowledge
- CFA/FRM designation highly desirable
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with regulatory compliance (FINRA, SEC)
