Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage cash flow reporting
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for leadership
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance for 50+ employees
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial data integrity
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Support budget preparation and forecasting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience in QuickBooks Online
- Proven expertise in month-end close procedures and reconciliations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Strong understanding of GAAP and IRS tax regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with problem-solving aptitude
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Professional certification (e.g., CB, AAP) highly desirable
