Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online for 15+ diverse clients
- Process monthly payroll, tax filings, and reconciliations for retail and hospitality clients
- Generate comprehensive financial statements including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and vendor management
- Implement internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with CPAs during quarterly audits and year-end closings
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Online
- Proven expertise in payroll processing (ADP/Payroll experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel with advanced formula knowledge and data visualization
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required; Bachelor's preferred
- Valid Nevada CPA license or enrolled agent certification a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to manage tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills for client consultations and team collaboration
