Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable cycle including invoice processing, verification, and payment scheduling
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Optimize payment processes using NetSuite ERP and Concur expense systems
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams for seamless financial operations
- Analyze AP data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP preferred)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) designation strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with demonstrated problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing international vendor payments and FX transactions
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
