- Oversee QuickBooks implementation and ensure data integrity across all financial modules
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax preparers for seamless compliance
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with precision and timeliness
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and accounting software
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in GAAP compliance and financial reporting standards
