Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll cycles
- Prepare financial statements and monthly closing reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Collaborate with CFO on strategic financial planning
- Implement and optimize accounting software systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- CPA certification or equivalent strongly preferred
- Experience managing multi-entity accounting systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
