Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping operations for diverse client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Implement and maintain QuickBooks systems with advanced reporting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and state-specific tax regulations
- Collaborate with CPAs during quarterly/annual audits
- Lead month-end closing processes with zero-tolerance for errors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping in public/private sectors
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop and Excel
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance (NV/CA)
- AAPB or QuickBooks certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with 100% accuracy track record
