- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Coordinate with CPAs for quarterly tax filings
- Implement internal controls for financial compliance
- Maintain organized digital filing systems
- Train junior staff on accounting software
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks/Xero
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required
- CPA or EA certification preferred
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
- Expertise in Excel with pivot tables/VLOOKUPs
- Excellent attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
