Responsibilities
- Transaction Processing: Accurately handle cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments while adhering to strict compliance standards.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries regarding account balances and products, and resolve issues with patience and professionalism.
- Sales & Service: Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities for our savings accounts, credit cards, and digital banking services.
- Cash Management: Maintain accurate cash drawers, perform end-of-day balancing, and ensure the security of funds and sensitive information.
- Operational Support: Assist in opening new accounts, processing paperwork, and keeping the lobby organized and welcoming.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous banking or cash handling experience is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong mathematical aptitude and exceptional attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse clientele.
