Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior customer service to build lasting relationships.
- Handle cash drawer balancing and reconcile daily settlement reports with precision.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote bank products and services to existing clients.
- Assist with lobby operations, including opening new accounts and processing forms.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a professional banking environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn banking software quickly.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
