Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for diverse client portfolios
- Prepare monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with 100% accuracy
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Implement and improve accounting systems using QuickBooks Online
- Collaborate with tax professionals for seamless financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience with multi-client portfolios
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Proven track record of maintaining 99.9% accuracy in financial records
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS tax regulations
- Professional certification (CPA, CB) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with forensic accounting techniques a plus
