Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and payroll accounts
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage vendor relationships
- Handle sales tax filings and quarterly payroll tax returns
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
- Proven experience with multi-client bookkeeping
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage priorities
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred
