Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for multiple clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations, including sales tax filings
- Assist with quarterly and annual financial audits and tax preparations
- Implement and optimize bookkeeping workflows for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with CFOs and financial analysts to support strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Online
- Proven expertise in multi-client accounting systems and financial reporting
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and tax compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Professional certification (e.g., QuickBooks ProAdvisor) a plus
