Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable for 15+ client portfolios
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance using QuickBooks Online
- Coordinate annual audits and maintain organized financial documentation
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Provide financial insights to support client business decisions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Online
- Proven expertise in full-cycle accounting and month-end close procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with VLOOKUP/Pivot Table skills
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and California tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to numerical precision
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication skills for client interactions
