- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse clients
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Process payroll and ensure tax compliance
- Implement and maintain QuickBooks/Xero systems
- Conduct month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Provide financial insights to business owners
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification required
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Expertise in sales tax filing (CO specific)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication with non-finance stakeholders
