Responsibilities
- Process high-volume insurance claims and patient billing with 99.9% accuracy
- Resolve billing discrepancies and denials within SLA timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue cycle workflows
- Conduct monthly audits of billing systems and compliance documentation
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient financial records and confidentiality
- Analyze aging reports and implement collection strategies

Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience with CPT/ICD-10 codes
- Proficiency in Epic EMR and Medisoft billing systems
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential required

- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
