- Optimize billing workflows using Salesforce and NetSuite platforms
- Conduct regular audits to ensure billing accuracy and SOX compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of billing/collections experience in a B2B environment
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and NetSuite
- Expert knowledge of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606)
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Proven ability to resolve complex payment disputes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
