Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing cycles for B2B SaaS clients
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and client disputes
- Generate monthly invoices and ensure timely collections
- Collaborate with sales teams on contract terms and revenue recognition
- Maintain compliance with SOX and GAAP regulations
- Optimize billing workflows using NetSuite ERP
- Prepare monthly billing reports for executive leadership
- Train junior staff on billing processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of billing experience in SaaS or fintech
- Expertise in NetSuite and Salesforce CRM
- Certified Billing Professional (CBP) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP/PivotTables
- Proven success in reducing DSO by 20%+
- Strong knowledge of revenue recognition standards
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
