Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification
- Expertise in CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding
- Advanced proficiency in Epic or similar EHR systems
- Strong analytical skills for denial management
- Excellent communication for payer negotiations
- Ability to manage high-volume deadlines
- Familiarity with California Medicaid (Medi-Cal) policies
