Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end medical billing processes including claim submission, follow-up, and resolution
- Verify insurance eligibility and coordinate benefits verification for patients
- Reconcile accounts receivable and resolve payment discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and payer regulations
- Generate monthly billing reports and analyze denial trends
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize revenue cycles

Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in a healthcare setting
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification preferred
