Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile complex invoices across multiple payment systems with 99.8% accuracy
- Manage A/R aging reports and implement credit control strategies for high-value accounts
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve billing discrepancies and optimize revenue streams
- Lead month-end closing procedures and financial reporting for department heads
- Develop automated billing workflows using Salesforce and NetSuite platforms
- Train junior staff on billing compliance and SOX audit protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume billing experience in SaaS or fintech
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite financial modules
- Certified Billing Professional (CBP) or equivalent certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros
- Proven success reducing DSO by 20%+ through process optimization
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and tax compliance
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
