- Ensure compliance with SOX and GAAP billing standards
- Optimize billing workflows using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Train junior staff on billing procedures and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Experience in healthcare or SaaS billing environments
