- Manage end-to-end billing processes for 200+ healthcare providers using Epic EMR systems
- Resolve complex insurance claim denials and appeals with 95%+ success rate
- Analyze aging reports and implement strategies to reduce AR days below 45
- Train junior staff on billing compliance and CPT/ICD-10 coding updates
- Collaborate with finance teams to develop process improvements
- Ensure HIPAA and CMS regulatory compliance in all billing operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of healthcare billing experience with insurance verification
- Proficiency in Epic Resolute and medical billing software
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification required
- Expertise in CPT/ICD-10 coding and CMS guidelines
- Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities with denial resolution track record
