Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes for enterprise clients
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and payment disputes
- Coordinate with sales and accounting teams on contract terms
- Analyze billing data to identify revenue optimization opportunities
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and industry-specific regulations
- Train junior staff on billing procedures and software
- Generate monthly billing reports for executive review
Qualifications
- 5+ years of billing or revenue cycle management experience
- Proficiency in NetSuite, SAP, or equivalent billing software
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot table and VLOOKUP expertise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
- Experience in SaaS or B2B billing environments
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
